• Liability Coverage: All project work is backed by comprehensive Technology Errors & Omissions (E&O) and Cyber Liability insurance. This provides a stateside safety net and accountability structure that international firms cannot offer directly.
• IP Protection: Intellectual Property (IP) assignments are handled via US-standard Work-for-Hire clauses. This ensures all code, creative assets, and data remain the sole property of the client under US jurisdiction.

• Simplified Reporting: Clients pay CumberlandCode as a standard US vendor. We provide a W-9 and receive a 1099-NEC, fitting seamlessly into your existing domestic accounting workflows.
• Foreign Tax Management: We manage all required W-8BEN-E documentation and international tax compliance. Your organization is not responsible for navigating foreign withholding laws or international banking regulations.
• Banking Integrity: All global remittances flow through American Bank & Trust (KY) and verified tier-one global partners. Every transaction is subject to full KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) screening.

• Independent Audits: We do not "self-audit." Every technical milestone is reviewed by independent, third-party US engineering firms to scan for security vulnerabilities and logic integrity.
• Strategic Validation: Marketing deliverables undergo a Strategic Alignment Review by domestic brand experts to ensure cultural nuance and regulatory compliance before publication.
• The Final Attestation: No funds are released to international partners until a Cumberland Seal of Approval is issued, ensuring you only pay for work that meets institutional standards.
